House rules
Smoking is permitted only on open terraces. Two bedrooms are located in the downstairs annex. Cancellation more than 60 days before arrival results in a deposit refund less a penalty equal to 10% of the total rental fee; cancellations within 60 days are non-refundable. The Christmas period from December 19 to January 9 is always non-refundable.
Getting there
Weston Beach is a 5-minute drive away. The nearest supermarket, Massy Stores Sunset Crest, is a 7-minute drive away; Holetown is a 9-minute drive away; Grantley Adams International Airport is a 40-minute drive away; and Lone Star Restaurant is a 6-minute drive away. First Street in Holetown is 6 minutes away by drive, while St. Lawrence Gap is 30 minutes away by drive. Complimentary beach membership provides access to Fairmont Royal Pavilion Hotel beach amenities; water sports equipment rentals are available for an additional fee.
