Smoking is permitted only on open terraces. Christmas-period stays from December 19 to January 9 are always non-refundable. Four bedrooms are on the first floor and two bedrooms are on the ground floor.

The property is in Calijanda Estate on Barbados' West Coast. Weston Beach is a 5-minute drive, Massy Stores Sunset Crest is a 7-minute drive, Holetown is a 9-minute drive, Grantley Adams International Airport is a 40-minute drive, and Lone Star Restaurant is a 6-minute drive. Complimentary beach membership at Fairmont Royal Pavilion Hotel includes beach amenities, with watersports equipment rentals available for an additional fee; the membership also includes access to the bar and restaurant and a 10% discount on food and beverages.
