The 120 sqm apartment has industrial-style steel columns, high ceilings, narrow wooden floorboards and large windows. The living area includes a sofa, armchair and sideboard, while the dining area has a farm-style table with eight chairs.

The black-and-white kitchen has an L-shaped countertop and breakfast bar. Equipment includes an electric oven, hob, cooker, microwave, toaster and coffee maker.

The principal bedroom has a king-size bed, three windows and a midnight-blue backdrop. Window partitions separate it from its en-suite bathroom, which contains a walk-in shower, bath and double wash basin. The second bedroom has bunk-bed sleeping accommodation, toys and a jungle-themed feature wall. The main bathroom has a bath, toilet and wash basin, and there is also a separate WC with a toilet and wash basin.

The apartment is on the second floor, with lift access. Free Wi-Fi, heating, hot water, a hair dryer, cleaning products, towels, pillows, bed linen, soap and toilet paper are provided.
