## About the house

The apartment has a warehouse-style open-plan living area with a glass ceiling, exposed floors, reclaimed furniture, artwork and antiques. A secondary living area, down a small flight of steps, has a wrap-around sofa bench, low lighting and a film projector. Air conditioning is available in the living area.

The spacious kitchen has grey and stainless-steel finishes and opens to a large central dining area. Equipment includes an oven, hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, cookware and crockery. A washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board are provided.

The ground-floor principal bedroom has jungle-print wallpaper, a TV and a private home office screened from the main living area. The upstairs bedroom is reached by a steel staircase and has a beamed roof, two single beds and a shared desk area. The bedroom inventory comprises two single beds in Bedroom 1 and one double bed in Bedroom 2.

The family bathroom has a concrete walk-in shower/bath and a double wash basin. The WC is separate. Central heating, free Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels, toiletries and a hair dryer are provided. The apartment is suitable for children and infants and accepts families only.

After booking confirmation, guests must complete an online pre-check-in form confirming identity and booking details and provide official photographic identification. Cancellation at least five days before check-in receives a full refund; cancellation less than five days before check-in receives a 50% refund, subject to the full cancellation policy.
