## About the house

The flat occupies a historic 1904 theatrical scene-painting workshop, retaining original fixtures, high ceilings, large industrial-style windows and exposed brickwork. Guests have full access to the property, including the owner's book and vinyl collections. Professional cleaning, hotel-quality bed linen and towels, and 24/7 guest support are provided.

The open-plan kitchen, living and dining area has an L-shaped sofa, house plants, artwork and a workbench-style dining table seating two. The equipped kitchen includes a full-sized fridge and freezer, oven, induction stove, blender, cookware, dishes, cutlery and dishwasher.

The bedroom has a double bed, storage and a Dyson hot/cold fan. Its linen curtains are not blackout, so natural light should be expected. A separate shower room has a shower cubicle, toilet and basin; the other bathroom has a combined bath/shower, toilet and basin.

Kennington has bus and Tube connections to central London attractions. Kennington and Oval stations serve the Northern Line, while nearby Lambeth North serves the Bakerloo Line.
