House rules
The primary renter must be at least 25 and provide proof of age. Up to two pets are welcome; share their details with the operator. Outdoor music is prohibited, and indoor music must not be audible outside or at the property line. Noise from gatherings must be measured and reasonable during the stated daytime hours of 10:00–22:00. Pool and spa heating is optional, costs extra per day and should be arranged before arrival. Check-in is after 16:00 and checkout by 10:00; different times may be requested, subject to availability.
Getting there
The Empire Polo Club is two miles away, with Coachella, Stagecoach and equestrian events nearby. Palm Desert is 11 miles away, with spas, boutiques and restaurants. Local golf, tennis, nightlife and historic steakhouses are described. A single-level layout does not establish a complete step-free route.
