House rules
Maximum occupancy is 13 guests. Pets are welcome with a pet fee. Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the premises. Parties and events are prohibited. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM. Guests must follow the good neighbor policy and must not engage in illegal activity. All guests must sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. The agreement is sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is released. Booking constitutes agreement to VueStay’s rental terms, house rules and cancellation policy. Cancellations 30 or more days before check-in receive a full refund less the booking fee; cancellations within 30 days receive no refund.
Getting there
The house is multi-level. Jungle Jim’s, Rehoboth Beach, and Baywood Greens Golf Course and Clubhouse are within an eight-mile radius; Delaware Seashore State Park is nearby.
