The apartment is on the first floor of a building without an elevator. A corridor connects the rooms. The living room has two sofas, coffee tables and a cabinet with a TV. The separate kitchen has a dining table, a sofa, cooking utensils, an oven, kettle, moka coffee maker, fridge and freezer.

One bedroom has a queen-size bed, a closet and a dresser. The second has two single beds, a closet and two desks. The bathroom has a bathtub and a shower. Wi-Fi, a washing machine, an iron, a hairdryer and fans are available.

Santa Margherita Ligure lies on the Riviera di Levante in the Tigullio Gulf, east of Genoa and beside the Portofino promontory. Part of the municipality is within the Regional Natural Park of Portofino. Santa Margherita Ligure train station is a 9-minute walk from the apartment; Genoa airport is 40 minutes away by car.

A tourist tax may be payable on arrival or a few days before arrival, depending on local regulations.
