## About the house

The apartment occupies the first floor of a building without an elevator. Modern light-colored furnishings and high windows characterize the interiors. The living room has a double sofa bed and a TV and connects directly to the kitchen and dining table. The kitchen includes an oven, microwave, coffee machine, moka pot, kettle, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. A private terrace with a table and chairs overlooks the inner courtyard.

Both bedrooms overlook the inner courtyard: one has a queen-size bed and the other has two single beds. There are two bathrooms with showers. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, an iron, heating and a hairdryer are available.

Santa Margherita Ligure lies on the Riviera di Levante, within the Tigullio Gulf and near the Portofino promontory. Part of the municipality belongs to Portofino Regional Natural Park. The train station is a 5-minute walk from the apartment, and Genoa airport is a 40-minute drive away. Local experiences can be arranged on request.

Late check-in and check-out are available on request and subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of €20–€40. Check-out is no later than 10:00.
