House rules
Smoking, pets, parties and events are not permitted. All checking-in guests must provide a passport or valid ID as required by Dubai's Economy and Tourism Department (DET). A security deposit of 2000 د.إ is collected on arrival and returned 7–14 days after checkout, subject to a property damage inspection. Cancellation is free until 14 days before arrival; cancellation within 14 days of arrival incurs the total reservation price.
