House rules
No smoking, pets, parties or events. All guests must send a passport or valid ID as required by Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism (DET). A security deposit of 2000 د.إ is collected on arrival and returned 7–14 days after checkout, subject to a damage inspection. Cancellation is free until 14 days before arrival; cancellation within 14 days of arrival incurs the total reservation price.

The apartment is on the 35th floor of Aykon City, along Sheikh Zayed Road in Business Bay, near Downtown Dubai.
