Getting there
The property is on a hill at the end of a private driveway. Access roads are paved up to the entrance. The historic centre of Arezzo is about 3 km away, the A1 Arezzo exit is about 7.5 km away, and the Tyrrhenian Sea is about 177 km away. The pool is reached by steps from the garden or through the games-room French window. Parking is inside the property with 3 covered and up to 5 uncovered spaces.
