The house

The ground floor has a spacious living and dining area with a dining table, fireplace, large sofa and television, a well-equipped kitchen, and a full bathroom with a bathtub. Upstairs are two bedrooms—one with a queen-size double bed and one with a single bunk-bed arrangement—and a service bathroom. A spacious front garden opens onto the surrounding meadows.

Kitchen equipment includes a moka coffee maker, kettle, microwave, refrigerator, freezer and toaster. A hairdryer and iron are also available. Wi-Fi is available, but weak signal can slow the connection and storms may interrupt it.

The house is away from populated centres, a few kilometres from Lake Como. A car is recommended because taxis and public transport are not available for short local journeys. The approach road may be unpaved, steep, poorly lit or inaccessible by car. Orio al Serio Airport is approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes away by car.
