The villa was renovated in 2005 and has two floors, a living room, dining room, kitchen, fitness room, five bedrooms and six bathrooms. The botanical garden covers about 3,500 square metres and includes roses, paths, relaxation areas, a pond and a pergola with a masonry barbecue.

The pool measures 10.5 x 4 metres, has a maximum depth of 1.40 metres, chlorine purification, internal lighting and three Roman steps. It is available from the first Saturday of May to the last Saturday of September. It is about 10 metres from the villa, at a slightly lower level, and is reached by garden paths and wooden steps.

The villa is at the end of a paved dead-end road. Terruggia is about 1.5 km away and reachable on foot; Casale Monferrato and its motorway exit are 6 km away. Access roads are paved until the entrance. The property has two parking spaces in front of the entrance.

The property is for private lease only. Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are strictly forbidden without prior written authorisation and agreed terms. Pets require prior request and incur a charge. Heating costs €50 per day. Unauthorised chefs and suppliers are not permitted; villa services may be provided exclusively by official Emma Villas chefs and suppliers.
