The house

The apartment has a spacious, bright living room with a double sofa bed, dining table and chairs, flat-screen TV and fully equipped kitchen. A private balcony off the living room has a small table and chairs.

The main bedroom has a queen-size double bed, wardrobe and private balcony overlooking the swimming pool. The renovated second bedroom has two single beds, described as one-and-a-half size, and a wardrobe. The bathroom has a bathtub, sink, bidet, WC and washing machine.

Kitchen equipment includes a coffee machine, moka pot, boiler, microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, toaster and juicer. A hairdryer and iron are also provided. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi are available.

The garage measures 5 × 2.45 m with a height of 1.90 m. The residence's shared pool opens from 15 May to 20 September, 09:00–20:00; swimming caps are required.

Lake Garda and the beach are a few steps away. Verona airport is a 20-minute drive away. Sirmione attractions include Scaliger Castle and its Darsena, the lakeside panoramic road, the thermal centre and Villa Callas, which hosts musical events. Lido delle Bionde and Jamaica Beach are local beach destinations, and cycling itineraries pass through the Lugana vineyards.
