Access is via a few stone steps and a short path across the lawn. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.

The villa is near Montegemoli in the Val di Cecina. Marina di Cecina on the Tyrrhenian Sea is 37 km away. The access includes 700 metres of unpaved road in good condition. Uncovered parking is available inside the property. The pool is reached by a few stone steps and a short path across the lawn. A restaurant is available in Montegemoli, 4 km away, and Pomarance is 8 km away.

Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are strictly forbidden without prior written authorisation and agreed terms. The booking rate does not cover unauthorised events or extra guests. Pets are permitted, with mandatory extra cleaning in case of animals. The estate includes designated grazing areas with animals and dogs protecting the flock. The property is not certified for reduced-mobility access.
