The first-floor apartment is reached on foot. The living room has a sofa, television, dining table and open-plan kitchen. A balcony with a second table overlooks the lake and swimming pool.

One bedroom has a queen-size double bed and the other has a bunk bed. There is one bathroom with a shower. Wi-Fi and fans are available. Kitchen equipment includes a coffee machine, moka pot, boiler, microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, toaster and juicer.

The shared swimming pool opens from 15 May to 30 September. A swimming cap may be required.

Desenzano train station is approximately 10 minutes away by car, and the airport is approximately 30 minutes away. Sirmione attractions include Scaliger Castle and its Darsena, the lakeside panoramic road, Villa Callas, Lido delle Bionde and Jamaica Beach. Cycling itineraries through the Lugana vineyards and a thermal centre are also local attractions.

Smoking, parties and events are not permitted. Arrange your check-in time with the local team at least 48 hours before arrival. Check-in ends at 20:00. Late check-in and check-out are available on request and subject to availability; arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of € 20 to € 40. Contact the team for information before travelling with pets. A tourist tax may be required upon arrival or a few days beforehand, with the amount determined by local regulations.
