The villa is between Umbria and Tuscany. It has 1.2 km of unpaved access road in good condition. The property is on a hillside, and the pool and outdoor pergolas are reached by steps or a lawn path. Shops and supermarkets are 2 km away in Po' Bandino; Chiusi train station is 5 km away.

Parties, events, or visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are strictly forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms. Pets are allowed subject to the stated fee. Unauthorized chefs and suppliers are not permitted.
