The maximum occupancy is 18 guests. Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are prohibited without prior written authorization. Pets are allowed, with mandatory extra cleaning in case of animals. The property is not fenced. Pool heating is available on request and charged according to consumption.
Getting there
The property is in a hilly setting near Volterra. Access includes 4 km of unpaved road that is not suitable for sports cars. Volterra is about 10 km away, with restaurants, shops and cafés in the town centre reachable in less than 10 minutes by car. The Tyrrhenian coast is about 40 km away; Marina di Cecina is 43 km away. Parking is available for up to 10 cars.
