Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are strictly forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms. Pets are allowed, with mandatory extra cleaning in case of animals. The property is not fenced. The pool is open from the last Saturday of April until the first Saturday of October.
Getting there
Volterra is less than 10 minutes away by car. The property is reached by an unpaved road for 4 km that is not suitable for sports cars. Marina di Cecina on the Tyrrhenian coast is 45 km away. Parking is uncovered and inside the property. The bus stop for Volterra, Florence and Pisa is about 9 km away along the main road.
