The property is reached by a 4 km unpaved road that is not suitable for sports cars. Volterra town centre is less than 10 minutes away by car. A bus stop for Volterra, Florence and Pisa is about 9 km from the property. The nearest listed beach is Marina di Cecina, 45 km away.

The property is not certified for reduced-mobility access. The property is not fenced.
