What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 15:00 to 00:00 every day. Check-out is before 10:00. Low-season check-in and check-out hours may be flexible by arrangement.
How is key collection arranged?
Guests are asked to provide their plane or ship number and arrival time one week before arrival, then phone about their arrival time once at the destination. Self check-in with directions and a key lock box is available, or a paid meet-and-greet service is available for arrivals from 15:00 to 19:00.
Is air conditioning included?
Air conditioning uses a pay-as-you-go coin-operated system.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are allowed on request, subject to the stated weight limit of 25 kg.
