The house

Il Melagrano A12 accommodates five guests in three bedrooms with two bathrooms. The living room has a sofa, two dining tables with chairs, and a furnished terrace overlooking the lake and residence garden. A separate kitchen includes a coffee machine, moka pot, microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, toaster and juicer.

The ground floor has a single bedroom with a wardrobe and a separate bathroom with a shower. Upstairs are a queen-bed bedroom, a bunk-bed bedroom and another bathroom. Both upstairs bedrooms have wardrobes and garden-view windows.

A private rear garden has a portico, table, chairs and barbecue. A second small garden provides direct access to the residence garden and lake. The residence occupies a 5,000-square-metre park with century-old olive trees and offers a shared swimming pool, tennis court, jetty and an additional shared barbecue, with direct access to the lake, beach and lakeside walk. The pool opens from 10 June to 30 September, 08:00–23:00, and swimming caps are required.

Wi-Fi, television, an iron, fans, mosquito nets and a hairdryer are available. Padenghe sul Garda is on the Brescia shore of Lake Garda, among moraine hills in the Garda Classico wine-producing area. The surrounding area offers walks, cycle paths, beaches and cultural events at Padenghe Castle. Verona airport is 40 minutes away by car.
