The lower floor has two split-level bedrooms, each with a sitting area, television and sofa. Large glass sliding doors open onto decking and capture water views and morning sunrises. The upper level contains an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area and two further bedrooms.
The lounge opens onto an expansive deck with covered outdoor dining and views across Skenes Creek beach towards Cape Patton. The house has a wood fireplace, heating, a garden or backyard and outdoor furniture. Firewood is supplied only from May to October.
The kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, oven, refrigerator, stove and toaster. Linen, a dryer, iron, hair dryer, hot water, television, DVD player and smoke detector are provided. Bathtub and shower facilities are available. Wi-Fi and free on-premises parking are available. The house is suitable for children aged 2–12 and infants under two, and can accommodate couples or two small families.
Skenes Creek beach is a two-minute walk away, and Apollo Bay township is a five-minute drive away.
