The house

The apartment accommodates four guests. A few stairs lead to a lounge with small sofas, armchairs and large windows overlooking the mountains. A further living area at the apartment entrance has sofas around a fireplace and television. The separate equipped kitchen has a solid wood table, moka coffee maker, microwave, fridge, freezer, toaster and juicer.

There are two bedrooms: one with a queen-size double bed and one with two single beds. The two bathrooms include one with a shower and one with a bathtub. A hairdryer, washing machine and iron are provided.

Wi-Fi is available, but weak signal may slow the connection and storms may interrupt it. The secluded setting offers trekking opportunities. Orio al Serio airport is 1 hour and 30 minutes away by car.

Arrange arrival with the local team at least 48 hours in advance. Late check-in and check-out are available on request, subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of €20–€40. A tourist tax may be required upon arrival or a few days beforehand, with the amount determined by local regulations.
