The property is a private farmhouse divided into two non-communicating residential units. Unit 1 has an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area, two double bedrooms and two shower bathrooms, one en suite. Unit 2 has a living room, one double bedroom with a shower bathroom, and two further double bedrooms with two shower bathrooms, one en suite. The enclosed garden has outdoor relaxation areas, a porch, gazebos, a barbecue and a central swimming pool. Montepulciano Stazione is about 1.5 km away and has basic necessities, bars, pizzerias and a railway station.
