The third-floor apartment is served by a lift and has a private garden with a barbecue area, a terrace and sea views. An entrance hall leads to the living area, where a sofa bed converts into two single beds, and to a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. The bedroom has a queen-size bed. The bathroom includes a shower, bathtub and bidet.

Kitchen equipment includes a coffee machine, boiler, microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, toaster and juicer. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, iron, television, mosquito net and hairdryer are available.

Sanremo’s sandy beaches are a short distance away. Travelling with your own vehicle is recommended because of the hillside location. Nice Airport is about one hour away by car, Genoa Airport approximately two hours, and Sanremo train station about 10 minutes.

The apartment is on the third floor with a lift. Travelling with your own vehicle is recommended because of the hillside location. Sanremo’s sandy beaches are a short distance away. Nice and Genoa airports are respectively about one hour and approximately two hours away by car; Sanremo train station is about 10 minutes away by car.

Smoking, parties and events are not permitted. Contact the team for more information before travelling with pets. Arrange your check-in time with the local team at least 48 hours before arrival. The check-in window starts at 15:00 or 16:00 depending on the destination and ends at 20:00. Late check-in and check-out are available on request and subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of € 20 to € 40. A tourist tax may be payable on arrival or a few days beforehand, with the amount determined by local regulations. Reservation information is available in the Wonderful Italy Guest Area. Check-out is no later than 10:00.
