The house

The apartment has an entrance beneath Bologna’s porticoes, with a coat rack, umbrella stand, mirror, shelf and shoe-storage bench. An open-plan living area contains a sofa, dining table and fully equipped kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, espresso machine, moka pot, refrigerator and freezer.

One bedroom has a queen-size bed, single sofa bed, clothes rack, mirror and desk. The second has a queen-size bed made from two single beds, a closet and mirror. There is one bathroom with a shower and hairdryer. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, iron and television are available.

The garden is accessible from every room and has suspended lights, plants, colorful walls, a sofa, two tables with chairs, a barbecue and a fountain. Giardini Margherita is a few steps away. Bologna central train station is 2.5 km away, and the airport is less than 25 minutes away by car.

The apartment is in a restricted-traffic zone active Monday to Friday, 08:00–20:00. A 24-hour access pass can be purchased at a tobacco shop. Tourist tax may be payable on arrival or a few days beforehand, according to local regulations.
