The house

The apartment has its own entrance and a living room with a dining table, sofa and smart TV. The kitchen includes an electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker and electric kettle. A washing machine and iron are also available.

One bedroom has a single bed. The other has a queen-size bed, wardrobe, floor clothes rack and wall-mounted television, plus a balcony furnished with chairs and a coffee table overlooking a small Mediterranean garden dedicated to the shepherd Aci. The bathroom has a large shower with a thermostatic mixer, sink, toilet, bidet and hair dryer. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi are available.

The apartment is a short walk from Via Etnea, 650 metres from the Botanical Garden of Catania, 1 km from Villa Bellini and 1.9 km from Piazza Duomo. Borgo metro station is 300 metres away and Giuffrida station is 450 metres away. Catania Central railway station is 3.2 km away. Catania Fontanarossa Airport is a 20-minute drive away and has a bus connection to the city centre. An airport shuttle service is available for a fee.
