The house

The apartment accommodates two guests and is reached by a long green driveway followed by a staircase to the first floor. The glazed sea-view living room has a dining table, TV and single sofa bed. The kitchen opens onto a furnished covered terrace for outdoor dining and includes a microwave, kettle, dishwasher, oven, fridge, freezer, moka coffee maker and juicer.

The bedroom has a king-size bed and French doors opening to the outdoor space. There is a bathroom with a shower and bidet, plus a second service bathroom with a laundry area. A washing machine, iron and hairdryer are available, along with free Wi-Fi and air conditioning throughout the apartment.

Guests have one covered parking space inside the property, accessible from the entrance driveway. The swimming pool has deck chairs and umbrellas. The outdoor areas, including the pool and pine garden, are shared with neighbours, and there are other accommodations in the building.

The apartment is near the rocky coastline of the Plemmirio Marine Protected Area. Fanusa and Arenella beaches are a 10-minute drive away. Syracuse train station is less than a 20-minute drive away, and Catania airport is an hour's drive away.
