Getting there
The property is a few kilometres from Cortona. Access roads are paved up to the entrance gate, with some uneven sections. The annex is reached via six steps, and the pool is reached by a short ramp or walkway. The Tyrrhenian Sea is 140 km away at Castiglione della Pescaia.
