This is a private structure available for lease only. Small pets are allowed on request. The property is fenced. The pool is seasonal and open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
Getting there
The villa is just outside Pieve a Elici, 3 km from Massarosa and 18 km from Viareggio's beaches. Access roads are paved. The swimming pool is in an upper garden reached by steps. Up to two private uncovered parking spaces are available outside the property.
