The property is offered as a private structure for lease only, with no other guests present on site. Small pets are accepted on request. The pool is seasonal and open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
Getting there
The villa is just outside Pieve a Elici and 3 km from Massarosa. The Tyrrhenian Sea beaches are 18 km away, Viareggio is 17 km away and Lucca is 21 km away. The access road is paved. Steps lead to the upper garden and swimming pool.
