The house

The furnished apartment accommodates up to four guests and is accessible by elevator. It has a spacious, bright living area with an open-plan kitchen, one bedroom, a queen-size bed and a double sofa bed. The bathroom has a shower and bidet.

The kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, tableware and cooking utensils. Facilities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, independent heating, a combined washer-dryer, television, iron and hairdryer.

The central location provides access to restaurants, supermarkets and Genoa’s attractions. The accommodation is easily accessible by train and car.
