The infinity pool is in front of the villa and is reached by crossing a gravel path and passing through an iron gate. It measures 12 x 6 m, has a constant depth of 1.4 m, salt purification, Roman steps, internal lighting, a partially paved terracotta pool terrace, sunbeds, deckchairs, umbrellas and an outdoor shower. It is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.

The villa is 8 km from Pontedera, 35 km from the Tyrrhenian Sea and 30 km from Pisa Airport. Access includes 100 m of unpaved road. A gravel path leads to the villa, and the pool is reached by crossing the gravel path and passing through an iron gate.

The property is for rental only. Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are forbidden without prior written authorization. The maximum occupancy is 11 guests. Pets are permitted, with mandatory extra cleaning for animals. Heating is an additional charge.
