The property is 2.5 km from Rapolano Terme, 3 km from the Serre di Rapolano exit of the free Siena-Bettolle highway, and 23 km from the Valdichiana A1 exit. Access includes 1 km of unpaved road. The property is 121 km from the Tyrrhenian Sea. Parking is within the property for up to 10 cars.
