The apartment has a bright, spacious living room with a double sofa bed, flat-screen TV, dining table and chairs, and a fully equipped kitchen. The living room opens onto a terrace furnished with a table and chairs. The bedroom has a queen-size double bed and wardrobe; the bathroom has a shower and washing machine.

Kitchen equipment includes a coffee machine, moka pot, microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, toaster and juicer. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, an iron and a hairdryer are available.

The shared condominium swimming pool opens from 1 June to 15 September, daily from 10:00–13:00 and 15:00–20:00. Swimming caps are required.

The apartment is a few steps from the Virgilio Thermal Baths and approximately 20 minutes by car from Desenzano railway station and Verona airport. Sirmione attractions include Scaligero Castle and its Darsena, the lakeside panoramic road, Villa Callas, Lido delle Bionde and Jamaica Beach. Cycling routes through the vineyards offer opportunities to discover Lugana wine.

Smoking, parties and events are not permitted. Arrange your check-in time with the local team at least 48 hours before arrival. Check-in ends at 20:00. Late check-in and check-out are available on request and subject to availability; arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge from € 20 to € 40. Contact the team for more information if travelling with pets. A tourist tax may be requested upon arrival or a few days beforehand; the amount varies according to local regulations, with booking information available in the Wonderful Italy Guest Area. Swimming caps are required in the shared pool.
