The farmhouse retains original arches, beams and exposed stone, with parquet in the bedrooms. The house is arranged over three levels and has a separate-access annex that is occasionally inhabited by the owners during summer without shared spaces. The property includes about two hectares of land, a 4,000-square-metre garden, a gazebo with outdoor kitchen and a fixed barbecue.

The property is near Assisi and Santa Maria degli Angeli. Assisi is 12 km away, Perugia 19 km away and the Assisi train station 13 km away. The access road is paved until the entrance. The pool is about 20 metres from the house and is reached by steps. The Adriatic Sea at Falconara Marittima is 115 km away.

The property is available for lease only. Pets are allowed on request. The property is not certified for reduced-mobility access. The pool is available seasonally from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. The annex has separate access and spaces and is occasionally inhabited by the owners during summer.
