House rules
This is a private structure available by lease only. Pets are permitted on request. The property itself is not fenced. A separate-access annex may be occupied by the owners during summer, but it does not share spaces with the house; when this rental solution is used, no other guests will be present on site.
Getting there
The property is near Assisi and Santa Maria degli Angeli. Assisi is 12 km away, Perugia 19 km, and the Assisi train station 13 km away. The access roads are paved up to the entrance. The pool is about 20 metres from the house and is reached by steps.
Rates, availability and terms are on the host’s website. Dates, prices, deposits and the cancellation policy are all set by the host on emmavillas.com.
