Il Borgo is a private farmhouse lease with six bedrooms and six bathrooms. The renovation retained the internal room divisions, arches, beams and exposed stone. The bedrooms have parquet flooring and air conditioning. A separate-access annex is occasionally inhabited by the owners during summer; it does not share spaces with the house, and no other guests will be present on site when the property is rented in this solution.

The fenced pool is for guests' exclusive use from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. It is about 20 metres from the house, reached by steps, and measures 7.50 by 15 metres with a depth of 1.20 to 1.70 metres. It has Roman steps and a surrounding area with gazebos, deckchairs, sun loungers and chairs.

The property is near Assisi and Santa Maria degli Angeli. Assisi is 12 km away, Perugia 19 km, and the Assisi train station 13 km away. The access roads are paved up to the entrance. The pool is about 20 metres from the house and is reached by steps.

This is a private structure available by lease only. Pets are permitted on request. The property itself is not fenced. A separate-access annex may be occupied by the owners during summer, but it does not share spaces with the house; when this rental solution is used, no other guests will be present on site.
