A prestigious two-bedroom flat located on the second floor, without a lift in the Marina di Villa Igiea area, characterised by a colour palette based on sea blue tones, white and antique wood. The accommodation is situated in the right portion of the subdivision of a period apartment. Just a few steps from the house, you can visit the historic Arsenal of the Royal Navy, which houses the Museum of the Sea, and the charming English Cemetery. Along the coastline and the picturesque little harbour, you can admire the Art Nouveau architectural masterpieces of Villa Igiea and the monumental Villa Belmonte.
Dominating the entire surrounding panorama is the majestic nature reserve of Monte Pellegrino, ideal for excursions and panoramic views of the coast.
The entrance of the house opens onto the bright living room, consisting of a double sofa bed, TV and dining table, the kitchen is located in the open space and is fully equipped. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a double bed that has a walk-in wardrobe and an ensuite bathroom with shower. The layout of the house is completed by a guest bathroom. All the windows of the accommodation, through French doors both in the living area and in the bedroom, open directly onto the tourist marina of Marina di Villa Igiea and the view of the Shipyards behind.
