The apartment occupies the right-hand portion of a subdivided period apartment and combines sea-blue tones, white and antique wood. It is on the second floor without a lift.

The bright living room has a double sofa bed, television and dining table, alongside a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. The sleeping area has a king-size double bed, a walk-in wardrobe and an ensuite bathroom with shower. There is also a guest bathroom. French doors in the living and sleeping areas overlook Marina di Villa Igiea and the shipyards behind it.

Kitchen equipment includes a coffee machine, moka pot, boiler, microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, dryer and hairdryer are available.

The historic Royal Navy Arsenal, housing the Museum of the Sea, and the English Cemetery are a few steps away. Villa Igiea and Villa Belmonte are along the coastline and harbour, with Monte Pellegrino nature reserve overlooking the surrounding area. Palermo Falcone and Borsellino Airport is 30 km away, and Palermo Central Station is 6 km away.
