The house

The 5,000-plus-square-foot villa is directly oceanfront in Rum Point, 2 miles east of the Rum Point Club. Four bedroom suites are on the upper level, each with ocean views and walk-out access to a shared oceanfront balcony. The lower level has an open-concept great room with living, dining and kitchen areas, ocean views, a furnished living area, television and access to a furnished screened porch. The screened porch has a large heated spa, a lounge area and a patio dining table.

The villa also has a home office with desk and chair, a full lower-level bathroom with shower, a freshwater pool, an oceanfront pool deck with sun loungers, a sandy beachfront, a propane grill and snorkeling directly off the beach. Pool shoes or snorkel fins are recommended for exploring the water. A cleaning fee is included for enhanced cleaning, sanitation and inspection protocols. Silver Thatch tandem kayaks are available for discounted rental with a signed waiver.
