The house

The villa is more than 5,000 square feet and directly oceanfront in Rum Point, 2 miles east of the Rum Point Club. Four main-house suites have walk-out access to a shared oceanfront balcony, while the fifth suite is above the detached garage. The lower-level great room has an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area with ocean views, a furnished screened porch, a small lounge beside the heated spa, and a home office with a desk, chair and fiber-optic Wi-Fi.

The gourmet kitchen includes high-end appliances, dishware, cookware, cutlery and small appliances. Outdoors, the property has an elevated pool deck, private freshwater pool, sandy beachfront, oceanfront snorkeling, sun loungers and a large propane grill. The listing recommends pool shoes or snorkel fins for exploring the water. The sleeping arrangements comprise the West Suite with a king bed, the Twin Suite with two twin beds, the Queen Suite with a queen bed, the East Suite with a king bed, and the Guesthouse Suite with a queen bed, private living space, kitchenette and ensuite shower room.

A cleaning fee is included. Tandem kayaks are available for discounted rental with a signed waiver.
