The apartment occupies the second floor of a recently renovated walk-up building. The bright living room has a dining table, double sofa bed, TV and kitchenette, with access to a balcony furnished with a coffee table. The bedroom has a queen-sized bed, wardrobe and balcony. There is one bathroom.
