## About the house

The studio has a queen bed, a study nook, large windows and timber floors. The open-plan kitchen and living area opens onto a private covered balcony with seating. Split-system heating and cooling is provided in the living area.

The living area has a two-person couch and a TV with free-to-air channels and streaming; guests use their own streaming accounts. The equipped kitchen includes utensils, cutlery, an oven, gas stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The countertop seats two.

There is one bathroom and an internal laundry with a washer and dryer. Towels, toiletries, a hairdryer, hotel-style linen with a three-sheet setup and a small welcome amenity pack are provided. Wi-Fi, a desk, room-darkening shades and an elevator are available. Safety equipment includes smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a first aid kit and a fire extinguisher.

Crown Street offers nearby shops, cafes and bars, and Hyde Park is a 15-minute walk away. Central Station is 200 m away. Children aged 2–12 are welcome, and longer stays are allowed.

Building renovation work is scheduled to continue until the end of September or the beginning of October 2026.

No loud noise between 22:00 and 08:00. Parties, antisocial behaviour and smoking are prohibited. Additional visitors and pets require prior approval. Approved pet stays incur a $200 additional cleaning fee. Do not wear shoes indoors, and report any breakages. House-rule breaches may result in a $500 fine, compensation for costs or damage, and immediate eviction without refund. Mandatory ID verification through a secure Stripe ID link is required before check-in details are released. Unattended baggage cannot be received or stored before check-in or after check-out. Longer stays are allowed. Free cancellation is offered up to 48 hours before check-in, subject to conditions.
