The house

The 60 m² holiday home stands on a 661 m² natural dune plot with panoramic views. Built in 1937 and renovated in 2024, it has an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area with a wood-burning stove, electric heating and an air-to-air heat pump. The living room has wooden flooring, underfloor heating and a flat-screen television with German satellite channels.

The kitchen includes a refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, oven/stove and dishwasher. Three bedrooms provide two double beds and one single bed, with one double bed in each of two bedrooms and a single bed in the third. There is one bathroom with underfloor heating, plus a washing machine and tumble dryer. Free Wi-Fi is available.

Outside are an open terrace and a screened terrace, garden furniture, sun loungers and a charcoal barbecue. The North Sea beach is 50 metres away, and the nearest shopping is approximately 500 metres away. Søndervig centre, with supermarkets and restaurants, is approximately 500 metres away.
