The house

The house has an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area with a leather sofa, armchair, television and wood-burning stove. An air-to-air heat pump and electric heating are available. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and separate 90-litre freezer.

Both bedrooms have a double bed; one has an adjustable bed. The bathroom has underfloor heating and a washing machine. A tumble dryer is in the small utility room by the entrance. One cot is available. The living room also has a radio, CD player and satellite television with selected Danish and German channels.

The house stands on a natural plot of about 2,000 m². Outdoor spaces include a large enclosed terrace and a separate covered terrace, with garden furniture, sun loungers and a charcoal barbecue. A sandpit and carport are available. The house was built in 1970 and renovated in 2011.

Ringkøbing Fjord and Søndervig Put & Take fishing lake are nearby. Søndervig has shops and places to eat, and Bagges Dæmning offers a route across the fjord on foot or by bicycle.
