The house

Built in 1968 and extensively renovated in 2025, the house has three bedrooms with one double bed and two single beds in total, plus one bathroom. Large panoramic living-room windows overlook the dunes. The living room has a wood-burning stove and a flat-screen television with selected Danish and German channels. An air-to-air heat pump provides heating.

The kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, oven and hob, and a separate 80-litre freezer. A washing machine, tumble dryer and free fibre internet are available.

The house stands on a 1,201 m² natural dune plot with two open terraces. The east-facing terrace has wooden decking. Outdoor facilities include a gas barbecue, garden furniture, sun loungers and a storage shed.

The North Sea is 115 metres away and a supermarket is 525 metres away. Søndervig has cafés, restaurants and shops, with cycling, golf, Lalandia and the town's sand sculpture festival among the surrounding activities.
