The house

The house stands at the end of a quiet road on natural grounds. Its open living and kitchen area has a vaulted ceiling, large skylights and views over the grounds. Heating includes a wood-burning stove, underfloor heating and an energy-saving heat pump. The living room has comfortable furniture and a 65-inch smart TV with Chromecast.

The fully equipped kitchen includes two built-in ovens, an induction hob, a large refrigerator, freezer, microwave and dishwasher. There are four bedrooms and two sleeping lofts with a total of four additional sleeping places. Both bathrooms have underfloor heating, and a washing machine and tumble dryer are available.

Wellness facilities include a sauna, an outdoor six-person saltwater spa and an indoor two-person whirlpool bath.

The southwest-facing terrace has garden furniture, sun loungers, a parasol and a gas barbecue. There is also an open terrace. Outdoor activities include swings, a sandbox, trampoline, slide, beach volleyball and shelters. Electric-vehicle charging is available at the house; bring your own charging cable or adapter.

The sea is 970 metres away, Søndervig is 2.6 km away, and a fishing lake is 400 metres away. Søndervig has supermarkets and shops.
